Biography : I am currently the Director of PKN STAN for six years. We are experimenting a balanced-education model that stresses on the academic and social/managerial competencies. Coaching is a big part of the process. I have been working in human resources development for more than 30 years within the Ministry of Finance. I am witnessing the changing of public sector approach of developing human resources from mainly technical aspect focus to more balanced between technical and managerial competencies.
